Taï – Chi
Tai Chi is a global energetic gymnastics that consists of performing a set of continuous and circular movements performed slowly and precisely in a pre-established order. In addition to calm and concentration of mind, tai chi develops several physical assets including increased flexibility, balance and muscle tone.
Ancestral method that works on the harmony of three elements which are the body, the breath and the spirit, the consciousness. Qi Gong is one of the treasures of Chinese culture. The word Qi Gong is composed of two Chinese ideograms: "Qi", which translates into breath, energy and "Gong", which designates the work, the means used, the control, the goal. The goal is to circulate the energy in the body and strengthen it without seeking performance.
