Even for regular exercisers, a single physical activity may not be enough. Regularly changing the way you move keeps you motivated over time, and involves different muscle groups. You can work in depth to achieve a precise result in our gym, but you can also play tennis, football or golf. Want to boost your cardio while having fun? Then head for our squash or padel courts, alone or with friends.

Another benefit of sport is, of course, the relaxation and pleasure it brings. By protecting the joints and relieving the body of its weight, aquatic activities allow you to practise safe sports and relax completely. Les Pyramides sports club has a vast indoor and outdoor pool complex, as well as a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam area: temperature variations have been known since ancient times to have a detoxifying and beneficial effect on health.

More than a sports club, a place for sharing

The brain is also a muscle! Keeping it working keeps us healthy. Our bridge and chess activities allow even the less athletic to train, while the younger ones have fun at the Kids Club. Afterwards, our restaurants welcome all gourmets to recharge their batteries.
